We chose the Prestige Building and Design staff to build our home after meeting with four other builders in the Brunswick County area. We came to appreciate their expertise in design and architecture, as they were the only builder able to visualize our dream home. We were also impressed by their enthusiasm and desire to build us the home we wanted. Once the design was finalized, we knew they were the right choice.Living in Massachusetts at the time, we also needed to have complete trust in the builder we chose. The staff of Prestige proved themselves to be not only trustworthy, but honest and sincere. We worked closely with them over the next eight months, communicating via email and phone on a regular basis. They provided photographs and updates to keep us in the loop. We only traveled to our lot twice during the entire process and were impressed with the quality of construction and attention to detail. They are a “hands-on” type of builder who spends much of their time overseeing their crew, ensuring the work is done correctly the first time. They are also very flexible in accommodating client requests and will make adjustments as needed.
