At Prestige Building & Design we first sit down with you for a consultation to determine your wants, needs, and design interests for your dream home. For example, we discuss items such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you desire; your vision for a Great Room; your dream kitchen; and how you envision your outdoor living space. If you already have a homesite you wish to build upon, we will visit and evaluate the site to develop an initial design plan to best fulfill your views, wants, and needs for your dream home. We will share the plan with you, and make as many revisions to it as needed until you are completely satisfied with your home design. Once you are completely satisfied with and excited about your home design, we will work together to select all the details and designs- both big and small- that will make up your home. These details include cabinets, countertops, flooring selections, trim, and appliances, among other design details. We will include a designer in this process to make sure your selections blend together to form your perfect home.
